PROGRAMMES

Agile Leadership

The Agile Leadership Programme of facilitated reflection explores the three key forces of Leadership, Strategy and Culture. However much we might want the world around us to be well ordered, predictable and controllable, we all recognise it isn’t and are better off learning to be effective within the real world. Whilst not a training course in the traditional sense, it offers an abundance of learning; rather than being spoon fed easy answers or template solutions, your thinking will be challenged.

Each module introduces new content and allows you to share your perspective with fellow delegates from different organisations. We can also run the programme for intact teams or a mix of leaders from different teams within an organisation. Real-life examples will illuminate the theory and be rooted in the practical.

A reading/watching list will be provided, along with a workbook asking reflective questions to help you explore the topics in relation to you and your organisation.

The two-week gap between most modules is designed to allow you to experiment with some of the ideas and digest the learning.

You will receive an individual and tailored coaching session at the end of the Programme, enabling you to integrate your learning and develop a plan.

The Programme is designed for the experienced leader who is open to new ideas and changing their way of thinking, is looking for new ways to challenge the status quo and ultimately, wants to add value to themselves and their organisation.
